Eleanor progress, and beta readers

This morning, while my wife and daughter went to a playdate, I took advantage of a couple of unexpected free hours to work on Eleanor . There are days when you work very hard to find the words, and then there are days when they just come. Today was one of the latter, and by the time those few hours had passed, my draft of this book was 3,500 words longer than before.

The end of this first book is in sight. I can't wait to share this story. It's been in my head for thirteen years. When I see it available for sale, I think that might be the first time I truly feel like celebrating a writing achievement.

Perhaps I'll throw an Eleanor  party.

In the meantime, this novel is going to need beta readers. I will be asking a handful of you for help, but the more the merrier. If you're interested in beta-reading Eleanor, please contact me!
